Most likely the number one frustration in marriages is...communication. Books, lectures, articles, even movies have centered themselves around this one major marriage factor. In this first Date Night, Chris and Jen introduce some simple elements that will make your communication techniques game changers. There are also a couple of joyful and quieting exercises to deepen connection between spouses.
