An event designed to equip you to parent in the digital era.
Parents, please join us for our NextTalk event on Sunday, Oct. 22 here at Concordia.
Child care will be provided (see link below to register for child care).
This is an adult-only event with mature content (Highly sensitive topics will be addressed - teens can attend with a parent only).
Please note – this is for parents with kids of all ages. If you have a preschooler, teenager or any age in-between, you need the relevant information shared by this organization. Even if your child doesn’t have a phone, their friend probably does or will. Anyone who is raising kids in today’s digital age will benefit from this content.
Although we’ll focus on how to keep kids safe in a digital world, this event will encompass so much more! For example:
We’re raising our kids in a different world. Taking children to church and praying isn’t enough to keep them grounded in this culture. nextTalk is ready to equip you.
Everyone agrees that technology is changing our kids, but what does that really mean? nextTalk will paint a picture for you and clearly define the problem we face.
