About this Class

Having a direct line of influence and trust with women of all ages and demographics who are eager to connect, women’s leaders find themselves at a crossroads, discerning between their role of peer support and recognizing the need for more expertise and resources. While empathy, prayer, and compassion are critical to this role, women in leadership must be resourced to support family-crisis needs involving intimacy, finances, spiritual growth, parenting, and more.

Join us for an interactive discussion as we explore the unique role of women’s ministry leaders and the influence they have on supporting marriages. You will hear from a panel of women with years of experience in this role as they share practical ideas on how to nurture healthy families, what they have learned about best practices, and how to partner with church leadership to support all involved.
